On Friday and Saturday evenings, Patrón Restaurant presents a Japanese menu that combines traditional techniques with carefully selected ingredients and house creations.

The quality of every dish begins with the selection of its ingredients. We work closely with our suppliers to source each product and treat it according to its seasonality and characteristics.

Located on Gran de Gràcia, Patrón features an interior inspired by an ocean liner, an open kitchen, creative cocktails and attentive service. On Friday and Saturday nights, dinner is accompanied by our live shows.

Available exclusively during Friday and Saturday dinner service.

Our menu combines Japanese techniques — curing, marinating, pickling, cooking and knife work — with seasonal local ingredients. Each dish reflects both product knowledge and the expertise of a team specialised in Japanese cuisine.

Bluefin tuna tartare, Rubia Gallega beef yakimeshi, burrata uramaki and crispy salmon tempura rolls are among the dishes featured on a menu that brings together recognised Japanese classics and Patrón’s own creations.

Every dish is prepared in our open kitchen, in full view of our guests. From the counter, diners can watch the robata in action, the traditional Japanese charcoal grill that allows ingredients to be cooked at different heights and temperatures with precise control.

Our sushi is also prepared to order. Nigiri, sashimi, tempura, rolls, uramaki and maki are assembled piece by piece by our chefs to preserve the freshness, texture and character of every ingredient.
