The PATRON RESTAURANTE website uses its own and third-party cookies. A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. Among other purposes, cookies allow a website to ensure that the page works properly, give the user faster access to selected services, store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their device and even, depending on the information they contain and the way you use your device, recognise the user. Cookies are associated only with an anonymous user and their computer or device and do not provide references that reveal their personal data, unless they expressly allow it.
Users may, at any time, accept or reject the cookies installed that are not strictly necessary for the website to work properly and for the user to access its services, through the cookie settings panel provided on our website. Users may also configure their browser at any time without this affecting their ability to access the content. However, please note that rejecting cookies may impair the proper functioning of the website.
Manage your preferences
You can accept, reject or change the non-essential cookies at any time.
You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support. On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.
Cookies covered by the regulations and exempt cookies
Under the EU directive, the cookies that require the user’s informed consent are analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies. Technical cookies and those necessary for the website to work or to provide services expressly requested by the user are exempt.
Types of cookies
a) Depending on who manages them, there are first-party cookies (sent to the user’s device from a device or domain managed by the publisher itself, from which the service requested by the user is provided) and third-party cookies (sent to the user’s device from a device or domain that is not managed by the publisher but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies).
b) Depending on how long they remain active, there are session cookies (designed to request and store data while the user is accessing a web page) and persistent cookies (where the data is stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, which can range from a few minutes to several years).
c) Depending on the purpose for which they process the information they collect, they can be:
- Technical cookies: necessary to use the website and provide the contracted service.
- Personalisation cookies: allow the user to access the service with predefined features, such as language, browser type or regional settings.
- Analytics cookies: collect information about how the website is used.
- Advertising cookies: collect information about users’ preferences and personal choices.
- Affiliate cookies: track visits from other websites with which the website has an affiliate agreement.

Disabling, enabling and deleting cookies
Cookies can be restricted or blocked through your browser settings.
If you do not want websites to place any cookies on your device, you can adjust your browser settings so that you are notified before any cookie is placed. Likewise, you can adjust the settings so that your browser rejects all cookies, or only third-party cookies. You can also delete any cookies already on your device. Remember that you will need to adjust the settings of each browser and device you use separately.
Please note that, if you do not wish to receive cookies, we can no longer guarantee that our website will work properly. Some features of the site may be lost and you may no longer be able to view certain websites. Furthermore, rejecting cookies does not mean that you will no longer see adverts. The adverts will simply not be tailored to your interests and will be repeated more often.
Each browser has a different method for adjusting the settings. If necessary, consult your browser’s help function to set the correct configuration. To disable cookies on your mobile phone, consult your device’s manual.
You can find more information about cookies at www.aboutcookies.org.
Given the way the internet and websites work, we do not always have information about the cookies placed by third parties through our website. This applies especially where the web page contains so-called embedded elements: texts, documents, images or short films that are stored elsewhere but displayed on or through our website.
Therefore, if you come across this type of cookie on this website and it is not listed above, please let us know. Alternatively, contact the third party directly to ask about the cookies it places, their purpose and duration, and how it safeguards your privacy.
