On 31 December, Patrón sees out the year with a complete New Year’s Eve dinner: a carefully set table, dinner with a show and live music and, after the midnight chimes, music and a DJ until late. For the night of the 31st, Patrón’s kitchen prepares a special New Year’s Eve menu of Mediterranean cooking, with market produce and careful preparation. Dinner opens with starters and a seafood and raw platter to share, continues with beef tenderloin and closes with a champagne toast.
The dining room, designed by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, dresses up for the night without losing its character. A space made for celebrating the end of the year with friends or in a group.

Dinner and show
During dinner, musicians and performers accompany each course with a live dinner show. The music sets the pace of the evening and builds as midnight approaches.
It is a different way to enjoy New Year’s Eve dinner in Barcelona: every dish served at its own pace, a show in the room and the celebration in the same venue until after the midnight chimes.
At midnight, grapes, party favours and a toast. With the last chime, the dining room changes: live music and a DJ to welcome the new year dancing.
