Our menu pairs Eastern techniques—grilling, pickling, marinating, knife work—with seasonal local produce. Every dish comes from daily collaboration with our suppliers and our chefs’ expertise in knowing when and how to treat each ingredient.

Bluefin tuna tartare, Rubia Gallega beef yakimeshi, burrata uramaki, crispy salmon tempura… A varied menu where Japanese classics meet our own interpretation.

Everything is prepared right in front of you in our open kitchen. From the counter, you’ll watch the robata at work—the traditional Japanese grill that lets us cook each ingredient at different heights and temperatures. It’s an age-old technique that demands precise timing: every ingredient has its perfect point, and robata gives us that control.

And robata isn’t the only live action. Our chefs slice and assemble sushi piece by piece: nigiri, sashimi, tempura, rolls, uramaki, maki… Everything is made to order, with the freshness and precision each creation deserves.
